Dendro never let me forget to play and feel the joy of life: live in the moment; be loyal; love unconditionally; have boundless energy; get into the mountains at every opportunity; cuddle in so tight as to be one soul; and to look for the best in everyone. Dendro touched so many hearts.

To honour Dendro I created custom Bird Dog hats as a fundraiser. With 100% of the proceeds being donated to Canada West Veterinary Specialist’s, Jesse + Bandit Fund. We raised $1,430. It comforts my heart to know that Dendro’s spirit lives on through helping her unknown friends.

We may never know how many furry families we helped stay together by donating to the Jesse + Bandit Fund however, I do know that paying it forward even one hat, one paw at a time will make a difference.

My 4-legged soul mate Dendro passed peacefully July 3, 2018 at the age of 11.5 ‘Years of Awesome'.

I will carry Dendro’s heart forever with me in all that I do and all that I am. I trust in nature to turn our memories from sadness to gratitude for having loved and been loved so unconditionally.
